Pick Up The Pace Opens Another Location
The Homedale location will be the fourth Pick Up The Pace gym in Idaho and the eighth in the nation.

Kathy Watson, Theresa Troxel and Tami Steinmetz, long-time local residents of Homedale and Idaho natives, are excited to announce that they are bringing fitness and fun to Homedale. The three women, who are all related, have recently opened a Pick Up The Pace 30-Minute Workout for Women center in Homedale.
Located at 2 West Owyhee Avenue, Pick Up The Pace will offer a refuge where women can get away from it all and get a total-body workout in only a half-hour. “Women have such a hard time getting away to do something for themselves” Kathy said. “What we’re doing is offering a one-stop location where women have a place for the kids to play while they really pamper themselves.”
The amenities that Pick Up The Pace of Homedale offers include circuit-training with adjustable resistance, a free childrenÂ’s play area, nutritional products, tanning, body wraps, nutrition counseling and a fun, exciting environment.
“We are just so thrilled to be bringing a permanent weight-loss solution to Homedale” said Theresa. “We have of course experienced some frustration with weight ourselves, and we’re really looking forward to making this journey towards better health and fitness with our members.”
