Lagrangeville, NY (PRWEB) January 27, 2006
Bupuppies is the name of a new bred of virtual pet, created by the Spanish company Kitmaker, with credited experience as creators of games for mobile telephones.
It's an interactive application that is, as well, didactic, though this fact doesn't make it lose an inch of its irreverent and amusing
Character. The pet is aimed for the youngest users, though its advanced possibilities will, for sure, attract adults. These virtual
Animals will live and grow in the hi-tech cell phones where they, as any other pet, will show a full range of emotions and needs.
The pet, that has been created thanks to the JAVA technology, also allows the pets to be in communication with each others, thanks to Bluetooth, and will be available for the most popular brands of cell phones.
What is really unique about Bupuppies is the amount of actions and activities that this pet does and the way the owner plays a very
Active role in order to, for example, to help it to study or find the necessary food it needs, "catching" them with the phone's camera.
Like any other pet, the Bupuppies have daily needs that must be attended to, like nutrition and hygiene as well as studies and leisure. The player will know in real time which is the situation and act according to the needs of any given moment. If the Bupuppy doesn't eat it will get sick and if it doesn't' play or communicate with its family the level of happiness will decrease dangerously. We have tried to reach the maximum reality and every action will have
A direct effect on the pet - says Alejandro Cabedo Agulleiro, Kitmaker's marketing director.
The pre-launch of Bupuppies, - that is already available in five languages - English, Spanish, Chinese, French and Italian-, is a success and the international launch will take place at the 3GSM World Congress that is held in Barcelona next month, 13th to 16th of February.
Kitmaker started making games for cell phones 2004 and is a well known brand thanks to games like "Mine Field" or "Skeet Shooting",
Among other applications.
